Booking an appointment

• Appointment Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid booking.

• Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds cannot be offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

• Arrival Time: To ensure you receive your full treatment duration, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients.

Health and Safety​

• Health Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform our therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or specific concerns that may affect your massage experience or safety.

• Consultation Form: For first-time customers or if your health condition has changed since your last session, kindly complete our consultation form before scheduling your next massage. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and by gathering basic information about your health, we can tailor our services to meet your needs. Your information will be kept strictly confidential.​

• Pregnancy and Medical Conditions: If pregnant or with any medical concerns, consult with your healthcare provider before scheduling a massage. Inform our therapist of any pregnancy-related or medical issues.

• Contraindications: Certain massage techniques may not be suitable for specific medical conditions. Our therapist will adjust the treatment accordingly, but providing complete and accurate health information is crucial.

Privacy and Professionalism

• Privacy: We highly value your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and health history.

• Professional Conduct: Upholding the highest standards of professionalism is our commitment. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will apply.

Liability

• Liability Release: Thai Healing Massage 9 and its therapists are not liable for any injury or damage to personal property during or after your massage session. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the service.

• Feedback: Your feedback is valuable to us. If you have any concerns or suggestions regarding your massage experience, please communicate them with our therapist or contact us after your session.
